Haptoclinus apectolophus, known commonly as the Uncombed blenny in Mexico, is a species of labrisomid blenny, and the only species in the genus Haptoclinus. It is a deep-water blenny known from around Arrowsmith Bank, in the western central Atlantic Ocean. It was described by J.E. Böhlke and C.R. Robins in 1974. Blennies in this species swim at a depth range of 339-366 metres.
