The 2011 elections to the Parliament of La Rioja are the eighth elections to the unicameral regional legislature of the Spanish autonomous community of La Rioja. The elections will be held on 22 May 2011 to elect the 33 members of the Assembly.

Voting is on the basis of universal suffrage in a secret ballot. The electoral system used is closed list proportional representation in a single electoral district with seats allocated using the D'Hondt method. Only lists which poll at least 5% of the votes (including votes "en blanco" i.e. for "none of the above") will be eligible for seats.

The People's Party (PP) has formed the government of the region since the , holding a majority of seats since then. Opinion polls have suggested that little change is likely, with the PP possibly gaining a seat from the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE).

One of the first tasks of the Assembly will be to elect the from among their number, with the current President, Pedro Sanz Alonso, incumbent since 1995, seeking re-election.
